 What are different coach types and what are their differences?
The different coach types are as follows,
SuperVIP - 26 seaters, 3 seats in a single row air-con coach.
Transtar Travel may utilised 26 seaters coach from other coach vendors
Premium - 37 seaters, 3 seats in a single row Double Deck air-con coach.
Each seats equipped with 7.2" LCD TV, Massaging chairs and Seat Belts
Broadcast video system - passengers can choose from 8 different channels of movies program.
Meals are only being served on KL route.
First Class - Luxurious 16 seaters, 2 seats in a single row air-con coach.
Spacious seats with individual 10.2" LCD TV, Massaging chairs and Seat Belts.
Video on Demand system - passengers can have full control of over 70 different selection of movies (includes Fast Forward / Rewind) where they can choose from a library of over 70 different selections.
PC Games.
Non-stop trip where meals are being served on board coach.
First Class coach have a couple seats situated at the back of the coach (Seat no. 15 & 16).
The seats are placed side by side each other will be slightly smaller than the rest of the single seats.
What is the luggage restrictions on board the coaches?
01 baggage not exceeding 10kg.
Limit to size 55cm X 35cm X 25cm is applicable for all coach types
Our First Class coach has a more spacious luggage compartment which allows for 2 luggages not exceeding 20kg per person.
We reserve the rights to refuse any luggage beyond.
Can I travel with Transtar if I am getting visa-on-arrival?
No. You are not allowed to travel on our coach if you do not have the relevant travel documents beforehand.
